Be serious about security with our next generation CCTV technology.
Every home and business needs to be serious about security. CCTV has significantly helped to reduce crime and keep property, employees and the general public safer. Now a standard feature in hotspots such as the home, schools, hospitals, car parks, retail areas and city centres.
From a single camera, to a full IP CCTV installation to monitor multiple locations, Nexsis has the experience and technology to fulfil your every need.
IP CCTV takes CCTV technology to another level, compared to older analogue installations. As well as capturing images in high definition with resolution up to 10x higher, IP based systems offer wider capture views and increased zoom.
Cameras range from 1 Megapixel to 20 Megapixels and can subsequently be used for face recognition, object analysis and ANPR, allowing images to be quickly shared and analysed.
With IP CCTV, monitoring and recording images can be centralised. This removes the need for multiple recording devices in multiple buildings which frees up space and reduces the hardware required. With the ability to transmit images from thousands of cameras down a single fibre, any future requirements are catered for. It also allows for remote monitoring from anywhere on a network or from a remote device such as smartphones or tablets.
IP CCTV isn’t just about the camera. Careful thought is also required from the CCTV installers as to the underlying infrastructure required to hold these images. Nexsis Communications has the experience and expert knowledge needed to navigate these considerations to ensure a successful installation and service.
BENEFITS OF IP CCTV SYSTEMS
Better camera performance
IP CCTV convert all images to data, meaning no theoretical limit to resolution. Cameras offer high quality Megapixel resolution at least 3x better quality than standard analogue cameras.
Easier system installation
IP CCTV systems can run over your existing IP network, making wiring very simple. Cameras do not even need separate power as they are powered through the network cable itself.
Better system integration
IP CCTV systems communicate using IP which allows them to co-exist and integrate on the same network/cabling as other IP based systems.
