Requires access to the Management Infrastructure and the provision of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to be established to the Nexsis Baseline Support Service – in that way customers can apply secure rules to restrict Nexsis to only access the Management Infrastructure. Nexsis will provide all of the essential information to gain access to the Management Infrastructure and also make recommendations as to how customers can identify Nexsis network traffic and how to restrict it.
In the event of an equipment or service failure, Nexsis can quickly verify the fault and arrange for an engineer to correct the faulty equipment or correct the service.
Requires access to the Management Infrastructure using a dedicated network supplied by Nexsis and the provision of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) using a dedicated broadband and/or secured SD-WAN services to be established to the Nexsis Support Service. We provide the customer with visibility their components and equally visibility of the VPN service. The network is isolated from the customer infrastructure albeit the customer can apply secure rules to restrict Nexsis to only access the Management Infrastructure.
The use of the secured SD-WAN enables Nexsis to provide global reach for those customers with international offices or for those customers who require support yet are cautious of allowing even a trusted partner such as Nexsis with access to a production environment.

The Advanced Support is intended to further assist customers who require additional support utilising their own management platforms – typically resource availability or simply outsource the day-to-day monitoring and analysis to a trusted partner. The Nexsis support infrastructure facilitates the necessary communication and aligned to custom service levels.
